This pocket pen knife is one of the best calligraphy knives used by master calligraphers worldwide.  Two blades are set into painted bone handle. 

Manufactured in Zanjan province of Iran by family of craftsmen who have been manufacturing knives for centuries. 

This knife is ideal for opening reeds and cutting nibs.
